A modern and trendy brasserie offering grilled meat, burgers and various pizzas.
The Atelier has succeeded the Brasserie Brewery since mid -2015. Located in the area of activity Erdre Active, it is the "canteen" of a few employees of the Chapel-sur-Erdre and the surrounding area. It must be said that this brewery is particularly large and easy to access. The decoration was completely redone in a «workshop» spirit, combining metal, natural wood and leather. It is modern and trend. A beautiful glass cellar is required from the entrance. A little further, a fireplace brings warmth to this huge room. On the map, grilled meat with wood fire (mudflap, tender, pavement, beef rib, skewers…); about fifteen pizzas; Burgers (classical, chicken, salmon); buds (blanquette, bourguignon, parmentier, perch and saint); large salads; potatoes in the oven (Savoyard or Norwegian way)… The dishes are correct. The service also. An ideal place for business and group meals. A room for 40 people can be privatised (with video projector,). Pizza to take.
