Elsewhere is the restaurant of Du, a luxurious 4-star hotel near the Beaujoire Park. And it is not reserved for guests of the hotel, then come to enjoy the enchanting surroundings of the park, with its blossoming hills and its centuries-old olive trees surrounding the swimming pool. The terrace is wonderful, but if the weather doesn't fit, you can relax in the deep leather chairs of the bar, then go to the restaurant, the tropical patio or park side… The space is airy and the light flows through the large windows. The choice is wide: gourmet plates (vegetarian, ocean or mixed grill), discovery menus, summer flavours or privilege for the very hungry (entrance, 2 dishes, cheese and dessert…). The presentation of the plates is worthy of the framework, the chef manie herbs and spices to accompany noble products: entry, for example, odawara queues tails and avocado tartar or peasant salad to poultry gizzards, gras foie gras and poached egg.
