Lunch or dinner in the Archipelago is a bit like going on a trip. Virginia and Fabrice have brought new discoveries and culinary flavors to the fore, including in South East Asia. At the foot of the church dominating the commune, they unpretentiously rejuvenated an old pancake with stone walls and planted a few guides and mappemaps which are memories as well as invitations to travel. Fresh and local produce serves as the basis for surprising and original dishes, such as this pastry velocity at the gorgonzola, grilled and perfect egg that can be found on the slate. Alongside, for example, a sea trout confite to lemon lemon, spice caramel and umami broth, a cans of cans, carcass carcass juice or, on desserts, this lemon cake, cube bergamot, salted butter caramel or this amanine to the figs goat's and honey's moss.
