Vincent Guerlais, who has been running the famous chocolate factory on rue Franklin in Nantes since 1997, offers to introduce the general public to making éclairs and macaroons, mignardises and puff pastry that were thought to be reserved for a sphere of the chosen and untouchable... In small groups of 10 people maximum, and for three exciting hours, you will learn the secrets of real chocolate cake or "simple" cake, and any type of dessert you've always dreamed of making, according to themes determined in advance with the apprentice trainees.
