Facile et plan fait par l'hôtel très bien fait.
Accueil/Organisation
Cadre de qualité dès l'entrée
Accueil professionnel de grande qualité et avenant.
Grande qualité de la réception (jour et nuit!) et de l'ensemble du personnel avec lequel nous avons été en contact, sans exception.
Restaurant
Pause/Goûter, Apéritifs, Repas (base formule Westotel) particulièrement appréciés.
Très bien, mais peut-être est-ce le point où des marges de progrès seraient appréciées (Climatisation et bruit des autres portes de chambres mériteraient d'être améliorés).
Environnement
Intérieur : Impression d'espace. Qualité de l'ensemble, propre, bien équipé.
Extérieur : Environnement sympathique : jardin tropical.
Une grande piscine ouverte ou couverte très agréable.
Personnel
C'est certainement (de notre point de vue) le point fort de l'hôtel.
