LA FERME DU BOUFFAY
In 1975, a couple of farmers settled in a farm near La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, to raise goats and produce good cheese. They passed on their passion to their daughter Clémence, who, after 10 years of absence, returned to the family farm, accompanied by her partner Sylvain. Together, they now offer fruit syrups, but above all jams. They knew how to distinguish themselves by varying the flavors (which are all enviable!) while respecting the environment and their values. The must is without any doubt their flavored jams, with herbs which grow obviously on their premises! Let yourself be tempted and you will see, you will ask for more!
