Chic and cosy restaurant offering fresh seasonal cuisine in the heart of La Plaine-sur-Mer.
This is Emmanuel and Karine Jaunet's second restaurant; the other is in Sautron. As its name suggests, Au Retour du Marché offers fresh, seasonal cuisine. We love the chic, cosy setting as much as the cuisine. With the return of the market and the chef's imagination, the dishes are constantly changing, with a predominance of fish: scallop carpaccio with butternut and citrus fruits, then hake with seaweed cooked at low temperature, sautéed noodles with Asian notes, and for dessert, black olive mousse, lemon sorbet and almond panacotta.
