Restaurant with terrace in a warm and cosy setting that offers a warm welcome, service and original dishes in Bayonne

A small, long establishment with a terrace overlooking the Nive river, small in size but already big in culinary talent. The welcome, the service, the freshness of the dishes and their originality are all there. The small, open kitchen brigade has mastered the art of perfect cooking and flavors in a warm, even cosy setting. Paul, who trained with Sébastien Gravé (next door) in Bayonne, has inherited the chef's inventiveness. Enjoy, as we do.

Un jeune chef de 20 ans qui maîtrise tous les codes de la bistronomie. Bravo nous nous sommes régalés! Des produits parfaitement sourcés (L. Ospiral), une belle présentation et une cuisson maîtrisée. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour le menu. Les vins au verre, un peu cher.
