cidrerie basque
D'après certains, ce serait les marins basques (espagnols) qui auraient inventé le cidre. Si vous n'avez jamais gouté le cidre basque (plutôt une "boisson d'homme") dans une cidrerie, n'hésitez pas. Profitez de la cidrerie TTIPIA à Bayonne, ouverte toute l'année (ou presque) qui vous fera aussi découvrir le "menu cidrerie", équilibré et plutôt pour les grosses faims. Mais le naturel ne peut pas faire de mal !

Endroit que nous avons découvert grâce à notre hôte, très sympa, cadre rustique agréable. Le cidre n'est pas terrible mais la façon de se le servir est amusante et typique.
Plats régionaux typiques et bonne ambiance.
