Address with terrace near Les Halles, marked by conviviality and Franco-Spanish influenced cuisine.
A pleasant address on the quays of the Nive, close to Les Halles de Bayonne. As much for the conviviality of the place as for the food. Outside, on the terrace, it's a 180° postcard view, with the typical façades of Bayonne's quays on the other side of the Nive. Inside, it's a beautiful long room with a pretty bar in a row. The cuisine, with its strong Franco-Spanish Basque influence and fresh, seasonal, local produce, is gourmet and skilfully prepared. Here, the slate to share and the homemade cassolette are the order of the day.
