With the arrival of the Marinadour Shopping Centre in Bayonne, the You Sushi brand was established. Focused on the environment, this Japanese restaurant offers eco-responsible products (superior Scottish salmon) and each of its packaging and advertising is made from eco-friendly cardboard. On the plate side, let's be simple: Petit Futé was delighted. The salmon tartar with avocado supplement is delicious and the chicken skewers and miso soup are excellent. On the menu, you will find the traditional maki, sashimi, chirachi, sushi... but also poke bowls. The place only works with fish arriving on D-day (so some days you may not have all the products listed). Whether you want to taste on the spot, take away or let yourself be tempted by home delivery, You Sushi, you will come back! Also present in Biarritz, Anglet, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Pau and Tarbes.
