This bistro cuisine is seasonal, organic and inspired by our creative chef, using rigorously selected produce. Mimosa egg with tuna, lentil hummus with curry, piquillos and stuffed zucchini flower, shredded pork pie... Equally surprising desserts, as well as small regional and Spanish winemakers.
