The menu follows the seasons and changes twice a year, and it's worth noting that local producers are given pride of place here, so you'll find only the freshest and... the good stuff! Near Les Halles, Bayonne's "lungs", Xurasko sums up the festive spirit. Plates to share, tapas, calamari fritters, etc.

Le personnel est super accueillant, souriant et plein d'humour.
Les plats sont très bons et la verrine tarte citron meringuée était vraiment une tuerie !!!
Le plat enfant (nuggets/frites) est entièrement fait maison.
