Opening in June 2023, Les Chenapans is a brasserie-restaurant-café and musical afterwork venue forming part of the new ON.SPOT complex, Bayonne's newest business venue. From morning onwards, this convivial, gourmet place offers the rhythmic service of a brasserie, both at the table and at the counter. On the plate, it's a clever mix of traditional dishes, revisited with a Basque twist. Locavore for the most part, fish, meat and sweet flavors are executed by chef Julien Bandarra and his brigade, with daily market suggestions.
