Quelques jours après la fin des fêtes de Bayonne, éprouvantes pour tous les acteurs de la restauration, le personnel semblait encore encore très fatigué. Donc un accueil laborieux, un service très moyen, pas de sourires et une ambiance morose. Mon T >Bone de veau était mal cuit et mal assaisonné, les frites molles et la salade fade.
