An impressive range of cocktails, for a simple aperitif, a themed musical evening or in a festive atmosphere, for the retranscriptions of rugby matches with Bayonnais Rowing fans, the Victor Hugo is transformed into several atmospheres. In the bar, but also in the restaurant, where you can sit down for lunch or dinner, you will taste the chef's sea and land dishes, great classics from the "house" brasserie: a beautiful variation of cassolettes, gourmet boards and slates to share, "maxis" salads - peasant, shepherdess, Basque -, signature dishes with a parillada of fish, chipirons à la royale, duck confit, beef tartar with a knife, suckling pig and side delicacies, an iced nougat red fruit coulis, a tiramisu coffee or a seasonal fruit salad.
