Great culinary experiences between the Bayonne and Anglet establishments. Two respective chefs who know how to combine modernity, flavors and simplicity with local and seasonal products. Every day, signature dishes such as chipirons deglazed with Xipister, Burrata mozzarella, Basque burger toqué, not forgetting generous planks to share, beef tartare with pistou-basil-parmesan... And for a slimmer figure, there are "swimsuit" salads and Caesar revisited. Desserts as gourmet as the savoury! And let's not forget the quality of service.
