French cuisine restaurant with a focus on quality local products and value for money for the menu
The first Bouillon restaurants appeared around Les Halles in the 1900s. A French cuisine, "à la bonne franquette", which lends itself to conviviality. Two brothers from the Basque region of France invite you to share in the joy of this simple cuisine, while working with and highlighting quality local produce. With the atmosphere of a neighborhood bistro counter, a cloth tablecloth and exceptional value for money, we're sure you'll enjoy your meal. Mimosa egg, marrow bone, beef bourguignon, tartar, leek vinaigrette...

Beurk!
Cuisine française traditionnelle : quelle arnaque.
