Nestled in a former convent, the Goxoki restaurant, under the baton of chef Franck Hourcastagnou, former chef at Maison Coussau (2 Michelin stars) in Magescq, offers refined, creative gastronomic cuisine. The market menu features autumn cream, pumpkin siphon and fine spleen, confit chuck (cooked for 7 hours)... For even greater enjoyment, the gourmet and discovery menus showcase the full talent of the brigade and the chef. Breton lobster, roasted turbo, royal hare, cep carpaccio and pan-fried foie gras, and the essential chocolate soufflé.
