Try this colorful, flavorful establishment. The produce is fresh, the dishes well-crafted, graphic on the plate and refined. Depending on the season (the menu is renewed regularly), try the house Garat's perfect egg, Basque pork presa, roast hake with creamy clam risotto, and on the sweet side, Pavlova with fresh seasonal fruit. All accompanied by a selection of wines at fair prices. A gourmet address you'll never tire of, set against the backdrop of the banks of the Nive, a tributary of the Adour that separates the 2 banks of central Bayonne.
