Here, all the ingredients of inspired, seasonal market cuisine are revealed, where taste, creativity and presentation combine to perfection. Canette "à sa façon"; trout artichokes à la barigoule are examples of his tasty, flavorful dishes... Plates full of surprises and surprising combinations. Owner's Message
Young chef of thirty years, I am happy to be at the helm of my restaurant, Relief, in Bayonne in the Basque Country (64), since July of last year.
After a complete renovation of the premises, achieved thanks to a group of friends, I have gathered a tight and dynamic team.
I propose you a bistronomic and inventive cooking, a short menu with a dish of the day and generous and elaborated plates.
I work only with quality products, and from the starter to the dessert, everything is home-made.
The service is attentive to the customer and always smiling, in a warm atmosphere, both in the restaurant and the wine bar.

Dommage pour : la rue (peut être une des pires bien que mieux depuis 2 ans) de Bayonne et une salle façon "cantine" qui mériterait plus de chaleur et de convivialité.
