Located in the heart of Bayonne in the Basque Country, a few meters from the cathedral, the restaurant Influences welcomes you from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening to make you discover a raw cuisine with fresh and seasonal products.

Menu influences avec un rapport qualité /prix tout à fait honnête !
De très belles et bonnes saveurs, une recherche de plats très originale, on sent la patte du chef ! Alors bien sûr il y en a pour tout les goûts, tout ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde, mais on ne peut que féliciter cette cuisine !
Un gros + pour la serveuse et sommelière, très sympathique et professionnelle !
