El desayuno muy escaso en cuanto a variedad y a cantidad. Se acaba el zumo y no reponen, no hay tomate para las tostadas, solo croissant como dulce...
El personal, LAMENTABLE. El check-in hecho con 3 preguntas y sin solicitar documentacion alguna. El check-out hecho a ojo. Despues de decirnos 3 cantidades distintas de pago nos efectuan cargos en la tarjeta sin mas explicacion y a mayores cuando ya estamos de viaje duplican esos cargos. Repito, LAMENTABLE
El personal de limpieza desagradable y maleducado ademas de realizar la "limpieza" de las habitaciones limitandose a estirar el nordico de la cama.
Mucho que mejorar.
Cuando volvamos a Bayona volveremos al Okko
La chambre était petite mais très fonctionnelle. Une salle d'eau très étonnante et séduisante. Propreté irréprochable. La literie était parfaite.
Le point de vue depuis "le club" où tout est à disposition (type salon "lounge" des aéroport) est vraiment superbe avec un quasi 360° sur Bayonne et l'Adour. De très belles prestations !!
J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
