BODEGA IBAIA
A strategic location for this bodega, Bayonne's oldest, on the banks of the River Nive, a stone's throw from Les Halles. It's also a beautiful place, always crowded. It's not for nothing that the setting is warm and inviting, with its long bar topped with hams and Espelette peppers, wooden tables, slates and soft lighting. Simple aperitif or meal? Xipirons with ham a la plancha, pan-fried porcini mushrooms with egg yolk, risotto with ewe's cream pastry, beef rib (1 kg...) matured for 4 weeks, "home-made" for all hours of the day and long evenings.
