Baiona Training, located in the heart of the Saint-Frédéric business park, is a human-scale, family-friendly gym where you can work out solo or in a group at any time, under the watchful eye of Alba and Marc, the guardian angels. With a trainer on hand at all times, the 700 m² facility offers a multitude of disciplines to enhance endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and well-being. Group classes are also available to take advantage of the group dynamic. Abdo/Pilates, cross-training, etc.
