An address with a view of the sea and the port, inviting you to taste the chef's bistronomic cuisine with fresh products
Ty Mad, meaning "good house" in Breton, is one of Le Croisic's finest restaurants. It's right on the harbor that chef François Thorel prepares a bistronomic cuisine based on seafood, with his flagship dish, choucroute de la mer. Other examples of his cuisine include crunchy red tuna and foie gras with Périgourdine sauce, and fillet of beef with ligot au Curé nantais and Périgourdine sauce. For a sweet conclusion, Trop Mad: roasted pineapple and apples with vanilla, Saint-Guénolé cookie ice cream, or a winter seasonal fruit finger.

La cuisine est bonne mais le service beaucoup trop long. 2h pour entrée et plat du midi !
Les amis du patron sont servis avant les autres clients qui attendent pourtant depuis bien plus longtemps, ce n'est pas très correct.
