LE BATEAU IVRE
Establishment proposing a good home-made cooking next to the beach in Pouliguen.
Le Bateau ivre is ideally located along the quays at Le Pouliguen. This establishment is one of the oldest restaurants in Le Pouliguen. Its new owners are committed to perpetuating the soul and tradition of the place. Renovated in 2016, the atmosphere remains rustic with a stone wall and wooden beams. A large place is given to nostalgia with old photos of the Pouliguen. The staff is welcoming. The cuisine is good and homemade, you can see it right away. You will choose the tasty specialty cakes such as the Chicken Farm, mushrooms, cream, old-fashioned mustard or the pierced stone with country sausage and homemade ratatouille. To conclude in beauty, why not a Carapomme crepe with apple fruit, homemade salted butter caramel or la Demoiselle Hélène, pear, chocolate, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. A good address before going for a walk along the quays and enjoying the beach.
