Restaurant with suspended terrace where the chef works with local products in a personal way.
In this restaurant, the suspended terrace is simply breathtaking. At the edge of the river, with a view to the summits, it enchants the establishment located high up, totally in the mountains. A setting that we can now enjoy even in winter because it is heated! The small room is undefinable, with its thick stone and pebble walls, its old-fashioned furniture and its 20 tables, all different: wood, marble, sofas... Your host is a former second-hand dealer who has not lost his passion! In this place full of soul, Jean-Michel Jolivald, displays humour and relaxation and is a chef who works with local products in a very personal spirit. Eggs in winter, homemade mushrooms, triple-cooked lamb, yoghurt and mint sauce, excellent red meat and fish selected in Spain by him such as bluefin tuna and prawns.... The recipe is famous. The table is really worth a visit, we enjoy it and from the atmosphere to the decoration, everything is unique.
