Chef Stéphane Durand offers a cuisine mainly inspired by the sea. All the dishes offered are made home with a particularity the preferred cooking mode is the "minute" cooking. This cooking technique allows you to respect the product while preserving its authenticity. The cards change according to the seasons. Start with the lobster salad and crabs, sanded with avocado algae or the sweet liver medallion with sweet spices, chutney apricot to almonds. Then you will have the pleasure of continuing with the back of cod crust, herb eels brandade or, for meat lovers, with the candied lamb leg, crumble pea and aubergine muslin. You can conclude this meal with red fruit flash, mint cream cream, green lime sorbet or caramel sweet chocolate, Sichouan pepper cream. A wonderful meal that will make you feel like coming back.

que le confort de l'hôtel n'est pas celui d'un 2 étoiles ! Impression d'un négligé général ; j'ajoute que le parking indiqué comme gratuit est tout simplement le très petit parking municipal situé à proximité de l'hôtel mais complet en période estivale
