Surrounded by a centenary forest and located at the foot of a splendid castle, the golf course of La Bretesche offers a 6 015-metre course, led by Henri Cotton, with wide fairways and technical greens. The land covers an area of 234 hectares. A 9 hole compact, designed in the same spirit as the 18 holes, welcomes beginners who can take hands in a quiet way. The 18-hole golf course of La Bretesche can justifiably boast of one of France's most beautiful and even the world as Robert Sidorsky in his book Le Golf: 365 courses worldwide.
