Friendly creperie. If you do not know Snipe, it is an opportunity to make an immersion in the world. For pancakes, it has the most traditional, with the most original via most local. Personally, I decided that with Guémené andouille and apples: delicious! For sweet, this famous pancake with LU biscuit, salted butter caramel and vanilla ice cream, offered by the waiter, was top, gourmet and generous. hummm

At the time of our visit to Nantes we stopped at the creperie Gavotte and we were not disappointed. A very warm welcome, an original decor where Snipe go is everywhere: on bollés with cider, dishes, etc., tasty cuisine.
The chef produced him even its cider and Calvados and a very important part of the ingredients used for its cuisine results from local productions and it shows. Special mention to the pancake salted/small read/ice Butter cream for dessert

I WANT SNIPE INCLUDING COUSIN WELL...
. .parce que in this creperie that pays homage to the young lady, you can taste pancakes and pancakes wonderfully succulent, generously furnished. The menu is abundant and the products are natural: the traditional cider comes from the production of the owner, flours are organic... I suggest, for dessert, a " HalLUciNANTES" who will leave you dumbfounded: a pancake, hot salted butter caramel, a small collapsed LU, ice cream with caramel, stuffed with small pieces of these same small read, Nantes specialty if it is. A delight!

Tient?
