No doubt one of Nantes' best pancakes! Jean-Baptiste, the new chief of Ker Breizh (with a h at the end now), has taken over with passion this famous pancake. The value for money is excellent: Pancakes and sparkling pancakes for the neighborhood, cooked with quality products and linings. The clientele remained large and faithful to this traditional pancake where everything is made home. The flour used by Pont-Aven is organic; The eggs, as the owner explains, are laid by happy hens that are raised in the open air in Vendée. The traditional galette ties to the ankle, mussels, salted butter… On the dessert side, the classic sugar-sugar pancake competes with its counterparts in the candied orange oranges, home chocolate or with sharp pancakes (rum, calvados, Grand Marnier). The cakes will be accompanied by regional beers and cigars. The service is friendly and efficient. An address that promotes the love of good things!

J'ai malgré tout été un peu déçue, la salle est vraiment petite et les crèpes un peu grasses, dommage.
Très bon rapport qualité/ prix.
Seul hic endroit très exigüe (on peut suivre les conversations de nos différents voisins) et servis avec un "lance-pierre" les gens du service suivant étaient déjà arrivés; il fallait donc libérer rapidement la table (à ne pas choisir pour y fêter un évènement particulier....)
