This is a place like you like. In the center of Nantes, in the small Armand-Brossard street, a few meters away from the 50-Hostages Course, the Pancake Corner is one of the best creations of the City of Ducs. In a décor that combines cleverly modernity and vintage, we serve here delicious pancakes and pancakes with original compositions, based on fresh, gluten, organic and local ingredients (cheeses and dairy products are from Beillevaire, the organic flour of the Moulin de l 'Ecluse in Pont-de-l' Abbé). The cabello, among the many cakes, will surprise you with its duck duck, goat, and tomato and basil sorbet… a delight. Do not hesitate to taste also the special black wheat cakes dessert. Whether it's orange jam, black chocolate or ice cream ice cream, they won't leave you indifferent. Très bonne nourriture, les crêpes sont de très bonne qualité. Le service était très cordial. Bon vin recommandé. Il y a une très belle terrasse avec une belle vue sur une fontaine. A recommander absolument et nous reviendrons quand nous serons de nouveau à Nantes.
