On the à la carte menu, try the essential galettes such as the Bergère with honey, apples or onions, or of course the Nantaise with Curé nantais. The products are fresh and in season, and the presentation of the galettes is mouth-watering. At lunchtime, on weekdays, an efficient formula will satisfy those in a hurry at a very reasonable price. On the sweet side, the crêpes are made with wheat and the unavoidable sugar butter, or the signature cinnamon coconut!
