Address with terrace serving soups, a slate of tasty home-made dishes in Nantes
Just a stone's throw from the Bateaux nantais, beautiful exposed stonework has been restored to its former glory by a new gourmet address: Le Parallèle. Initially open to the world, here the kitchen is completely open to the dining room. An opportunity to meet the chef: Victor. Born in Ecuador, just a stone's throw from zero parallel, it was here that he learned to love cooking and its comforting spices in his grandmother's soups. Today, from sea bream ceviche to beet carpaccio with sweet potato purée, from oriental dumplings to the famous cataplana, a Portuguese land-sea dish. He puts together a tasty, homemade menu. The cellar abounds with organic and biodynamic wines to accompany your colorful dishes. At the same time, a palate, a nose, two pretty smiles and as little waste as possible! How about a taste of the Pisco Sour? A beautiful terrace is now available to enjoy these moments suspended in time.

On y va et on y revient. A faire, à refaire, bref, à bientôt ????
Je recommande chaudement et il y a des transports très proche du restaurant.
De l'accueil à la présentation des plats en passant par la qualité gustative que tout ceci procure, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
