A restaurant offering a fine selection of Thai and Laotian specialities, a stone's throw from Nantes City Hall.
Just steps from the city hall, Chaiyo offers a selection of Thai and Lao specialties served and cooked by two very complementary brothers: while one is in the kitchen, the other is in the service. Straight from Vientiane to Laos, the duo made his classes in Thai restaurants before opening his own establishment in Nantes. For them, customer satisfaction is more than just a formula but a real commitment. At noon, you choose between menu and map. The menu has the merit of being cheap and delicious, but it is of course à la carte that you can discover the wide variety of what this Asian cooking mix can offer. To begin with, you can't too much recommend the citrus salad to lemonella (yum pla nua) all of the aromas or the laotian salad all in crispy rice, and also the Tom Yum soup (shrimp and lemonella) or Tom Kha Kai (chicken and milk of milk from milk and milk. coco). To follow, test any of the currys like this Mussaman nea (a curry massaman beef), green curry (or red) curry, Lap Nea, beef tartare, way Laos or Tigris Tears, marbled beef marinated with Thai sauce (based on desire). Everything is prepared to order and everything is exquisite. You can also order on-site and enjoy the meals to take home, at the office… Very friendly and helpful staff.
