Pamela Solar, the chef, former pastry chef of a starred restaurant in Barcelona, combines rigour and creativity, for a surprising and convincing result. Quality products, fresh, a warm atmosphere in a room all in stone, wood and warm notes. Try the croquetas with chorizo or ham, the famous patatas bravas, pintxos d'idiazabal, potato tortillas or the delicious octopus salad ceviche style...
