Italy, Naples and its famous Neapolitan pizzas! We like... In Nantes, it is Adrien who invites us to discover his new establishment located in the Bouffay, 2 steps from the castle. Come and enjoy his good recipes concocted with Italian flours and quality Italian products for a trip to Naples! As soon as you enter, admire the traditional Neapolitan oven where the pizzas are baked at 400° for 90 seconds! A generous dough on the edges, thin in the middle and Adrien's recipes that he concocted with patience and talent. As a starter: stracciatella, burrata from Puglia or focaccia, followed by a good pizza from among Adrien's ten or so proposals: Margherita, Fab Four (one of the specialties) La Tartuffo, a Red Hot Chili Peppers with spicy spianata... For dessert: of course, a tiramisu and more original, the finger pizza (sticks of pizza dough with powdered sugar to dip in sweetened ricotta and pistachio chips! Italian wines and limoncello. We are well here at Lazzarone's! Settled in a beautiful room with wooden tables or to go!

Le prix n'est absolument pas excessif pour un e pizza compter entre 8 et 15€.
Je vous conseille de réserver à l'avance car le restaurant était plein Un jeudi soir.
Petit bémol sur le service qui peut-être expliquer par le nombre de clients, nous avons attendu 50 minutes avant d'être servis.
Dans tous les cas, je recommande, allez-y les yeux fermés !
(Le tiramisu est juste excellent????)
