Small restaurant offering simple and unadorned cuisine in Nantes.
On a chromatic circle, glaz is the shade between blue and green, it is the changing colours of the sea in Brittany in calm or more agitated weather. Glaz, it is today in Nantes the association of Séverine and Aurélie, sisters to the city and associates of this small restaurant located not far from the Brittany tower. Glaz is a small healthy slate that often displays a starter, two courses and a tart or soup and nice desserts. The cuisine is simple and unadorned: cod brandade, vegetable lasagne or endives tart, ham and goat cheese, squid salad... You have fun and come out of there with a full stomach. The girls organize brunches on Sunday morning (remember to reserve!) and snacks for those who would like a drink and a sweet pick-me-up at tea time ... The place is very nicely decorated in a sober and trendy spirit and the terrace on Cacault street benefits from the calm of this small pedestrian street. A nice little address downtown.

La nourriture est délicieuse et saine, comme faite maison mais si délicate. Déjeuner + 1 café environ 15 euros
