Asian restaurant offering Far Eastern cuisine including Cambodian cuisine
It is difficult to choose from among the many Asian restaurants in the Bouffay district. The Four Seasons, it's a small, unbeatable piece of work. a large board on your left that can accommodate 6 people (no more!) and on your right, a refrigerated window. The restaurant is literally stormed every midday by a clientele of regulars who already know the map often and understand them. For those who love the cuisine of the Far East, especially that of Cambodia, the Four Seasons is an unavoidable place: flavors of lemonella, ginger, chili, coriander, peanuts, noodles… Everything is fresh and the fragrances of this kitchen are pure delight. Some Cambodian specialties are worth a visit: chicken shoots, vegetable achar, Bo Bun salad, ginger pork, sated beef, Phnom Penh soup (a wonder…) or lemon chicken soup. The narrowness of the place combined with the crowd will certainly make you prefer the option "to take", and certainly if you try it once you adopt it!
