Welcome to Le Fou du Roi, a pleasantly decorated restaurant combining contemporary furnishings and stone walls. On the à la carte menu, starters include roasted Saint-Marcellin with bacon, honey and almonds, or honey-roasted figs with fresh goat's cheese mousse... As for the main courses, meats such as veal onglet or Iberian pork pluma are a delight. Or the large Terre Mer plate: crispy duck, butternut velouté, saint-marcellin, gratinated razor clams and tuna tataki. For dessert: genuine homemade profiteroles or the gourmet plate with chocolate moelleux, financiers, praline mousse, cannelé and choux chantilly... Ideal for indulging yourself!

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le riz de mon risotto manquait juste un peu de cuisson. Bien situé face au château.

A chaque fois que j'ai été dans ce restaurant, que ce soit en couple pour un cadre intime ou avec ma famille pour célébrer des moments importants, je n'ai jamais été déçue. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant qui a su garder son authenticité à travers le temps.
