Welcome to Le Fou du Roi, a pleasantly decorated restaurant combining contemporary furnishings and stone walls. On the à la carte menu, starters include roasted Saint-Marcellin with bacon, honey and almonds, or honey-roasted figs with fresh goat's cheese mousse... As for the main courses, meats such as veal onglet or Iberian pork pluma are a delight. Or the large Terre Mer plate: crispy duck, butternut velouté, saint-marcellin, gratinated razor clams and tuna tataki.
