Take a seat in one of the four cosy, patio, green and natural spaces, and enjoy a home-cooked meal using fresh, local produce. The à la carte menu combines gourmet goodness and creativity! Why not start with a herb-roasted Saint-Marcellin with sesame breadsticks, or a puff pastry of smoked salmon mousse, cucumber and dill? Next up, marinated tuna tataki with vegetable tagliatelle and fresh pasta, or the unmissable kangaroo fillet in a "crying tiger" style, served with potatoes of the moment. And finally, the desserts are not to be outdone. A taste of the islands: roasted pineapple with rum, mascarpone cream, maracuja and crumble, chocolate mousse with pistachio chips or a Patio'nnément chocolate.
