For over 30 years, Betty, his chef Hervé and the little bistro at the bottom of Sainte-Anne's butte continue to delight us. On entry: gorgonzola terrine, mascarpone and pistachio pistachio, gastroom or tagliatelle of cucumber to cream, and then the hake paved with white butter or the pintae thigh and its cedar cream. Finally, the tiramisu Breton pallets of the same name is the specialty of the house… Original and appreciable: the bottle of wine placed on the table is included in the menu.
