We can't get enough of this lovely Cuit Lu Cru address, which is sure to delight! Anaïs in the kitchen and Benjamin in the dining room. The decor is sober and delicate. The dishes are a perfect blend of pleasure and quality: home-made, fresh produce, high standards, market cuisine and selected suppliers. Whether it's pan-seared organic asparagus from the Loire with mimosa egg, tarama, lemon espuma and bottarga, lamb shoulder stuffed with herbs cooked for 11 hours at low temperature or Brillat Savarin with vanilla oil, it's as pretty as it is delicious. The plates are generous, the cooking impeccable and the flavors well represented. A truly gourmet address!
