Le Lion et l'Agneau is a tribute to the coat of arms of Auch, where chef Thierry Lébé, who officiates in his beautiful establishment with its elegant decoration: exposed stones, petroleum blue tones, designer benches. It offers a reinvented and creative cuisine of the land, where care and flavours dominate. To start: artichoke and mackerel salad or crispy soft-boiled egg. To be continued, lean à la plancha or almost veal. Our favourite is the rotisserie, which is THE chef's speciality: the delicious farm chicken from Ancenis, the can of Challans candied and then roasted... And finally: strawberry sorbet vacherin, or homemade ice creams and sorbets, especially the delicious basil flavour

Je recommande ce restaurant
Service impec, accueil top. Et surtout, mets délicieux. Seul bémol, se garer. Pas facile de trouver de lan place même un jeudi soir.
Merci à Alex et son équipe pour sa cuisine et au personnel de salle pour leur gentillesse. Vraiment je reconnais que cet établissement est de loin le mieux que j'ai fait depuis longtemps à Nantes .
