LA CANTINE DU VOYAGE
Friendly, affordable restaurant offering a menu with kebabs, good ice creams and homemade desserts, using quality products
At Hangar à bananes, you can have a drink in a string of bars, but the Cantine du voyage offers lunch and dinner. Since 2013, this friendly eatery has been offering an affordable formula with quality products. With its deckchairs and children's play area, it feels like home. It's a pleasure to be back every year from April to the end of September. Gone are the potatoes and chicken, and the menu has been expanded to include a (still unique) lunch and dinner menu featuring skewers (meat, fish, veg), starters based on vegetables from local producers, and drinks. There's also ice cream, and a pastry chef concocts homemade desserts. On your way out, don't miss the canteen's vegetable garden, home to the Invendus-Bottes du Voyage à Nantes artwork.
