Restaurant with terrace in Nantes serving a menu of the day and a burger menu
It is in place of the ancient industrial area of the Atlantic Foundries that the Fonderies Garden has been created and this restaurant on the eponymous name. It's a brand new neighborhood that's changing. The Fonderies Garden is first a large clear surface, glass and airy with decoration borrowed from industrial design: waxed concrete, aluminium beams, déco, and a good bill. The tables are numerous but sufficiently spaced for optimum circulation. In the summer, the huge terrace surrounding the restaurant makes it possible to enjoy the sun, the space and the bambouseraie garden. The restaurant attracts the staff of the offices around for lunch or celebrating the end of the week with a personalised aperitif. A day menu on slate and a map where you can find a breaded goat entrance to the candied tomatoes, a burger of the moment or a brick pad with brick and curry sauce. The Tiramisu cream with raspberries will be noticed for desserts. The restaurant is ideal for large guests and offers a dedicated service for groups and special needs (seminars, meetings). The adjacent bar is open from 8 am to 19 pm.

Dommage que le temps ne le permettait pas, je pense que cela aurait été bien plus agréable en terrasse.
Mention spéciale pour "le bon coup": Tataki thon et risotto parfumé. Franchement très savoureux et bien proportionné.
Le café gourmand est tout juste passable, est-il fait maison? J'ai un doute.
Au final, un demi , le bon coup et le café gourmand 28€. C'est plutôt honnête vu l'emplacement.
Le service a toujours été bon et efficace compte tenu d'une salle toujours blindée.
