Taste the tasting menu with starter, fish, meat, cheese and dessert in a restaurant in Nantes.
From rue Kervégan, you know the cobblestones and the splendid 18th century facades, but you may still have to (re)discover a restaurant: To Cantina. In the dining room, you will find Sarah, a pretty boss with a bright smile; in the kitchen, it is her husband; and the sommelier, it is her father! It should be noted that Sarah and her husband worked in Australia and for the Troisgros house in Roanne. On the decoration side, a cosy atmosphere with its large stone walls, exposed beams and relaxing colours all in grey and red. Don't miss the table tops in the back room, "home made" in Cantina. The plate is based on the patterns and decoration: elegant and refined. For the gourmands, we recommend the Tasting menu (starter, fish, meat, cheese, dessert): soft-boiled egg, Jerusalem artichoke siphon, bacon; hake steak in a hazelnut and coriander crust; pork mignon with apples and cinnamon, cheese and dessert. The pleasure is also present on the Gourmet menu side: let's start with creamed bear garlic, peas and bacon, continue with Iberian pork, Timut pepper and Anna apple, and finish with a creamy yuzu lemon, seaweed meringue and Calamanci sorbet. For a sweet touch, don't miss the Chocolate Dariole (the ultimate homemade dessert...)
