Gourmet restaurant offering a nice wine list to eat good products in Nantes.
The Instinct Gourmand is two pretty sobbly rooms where you appreciate the clarity of the places and the friendliness of Thomas, boss and every day in service. In the kitchen where Sylvain (patron) is involved, it is a seasonal and seasonal cuisine that is privileged even if the Instinct gourmand is intended to be a «bistro without label». At noon, the P 'tite Currency menu is simple and delicate.
